It allows you to record what food your child is eating and then to record what reaction might have occurred. This diary was designed after a request from one of our very special frequent customers.
Her little boy Reece has a congenital disorder called Goldenhar Syndrome. The symptoms include a malformed jaw, difficulty sleeping, partial deafness and now respiratory problems.
