This auction is for a 1947 copy of The Children's Hour with Uncle Arthur Book 2. It has a beautiful textured bound dark navy cover, retro foredge painting, has black and white and retro colour pictures throughout, and was published in 1947 by Signs Publishing Company, Victoria, Australia. In amazing condition, clean and dry and smoke free with no rips or missing pages. Has 47 stories, a preface by Arthur S. Maxwell, a.k.a. Uncle Arthur, and a biblical lesson index for the things that can be learnt from the stories in the book. Hard covered with 274 pages of stories. This is a very very collectible book and I hope it goes to a wonderful home. I'm not collecting anymore but I want to find someone who will love it. Questions very welcome.
