Convent Girls - NZ women talk to Jane Tolerton Seventeen Roman Catholic convent-educated New Zealand women, all achievers in their fields, talk to the author about their education and their teachers and the effect on their lives. Interviews are up to a dozen pages in length, wide ranging and frank. Illustrated with photographs of each interviewee, both as a schoolgirl and now. There is an introduction by the author, a non-Catholic, whose previous book was New Zealand Book Award winner, 'Ettie: a Life of Ettie Rout'.
