Even hard-core music fans don’t know the name Ron Weisner….but they should.
A high-powered manager for over four decades, Weisner worked alongside Madonna, Paul McCartney, Steve Winwood, Gladys Knight, Curtis Mayfield, Bill Withers and, most notably, Michael Jackson.

Weisner began his colourful career at MGM Records before co-founding the storied Buddah Records, a renegade label that inked such diverse acts as Sha Na Na and the Edwin Hawkins Singers.
As Weisner grew closer to some of the talent, a few artists appreciated his honesty and genuine interest in their success and happiness. They asked him to be their manager, and he got out of the record business and into the people business.
