The story of the Knight of the Swan, or Swan Knight, is a medieval tale about a mysterious rescuer who comes in a swan-drawn boat to defend a damsel, his only condition being that he must never be asked his name.
Art Nouveau style illustrations, including auto-lithographs. Printed by off-set lithograph by Vincent Brooks, Day and Sons Ltd, London. The four colour reproductions are the work of the Dux Engraving Co., Glasgow.
Beautiful old hardback book in very good condition for its age. Bright art plates inside.
