An extremely rare early 17th Century printing of Vincenzo Carocci’s treatise on Roman Law. This work was originally published in 1584 and deals with leases, loans, hiring and legal contracts.
Original vellum covers, complete with all pages: [16], 288, 310mm x 215mm.
Handset in Latin and printed in Venice 1617.
Good condition being solid-bound with no loose, torn (page 102 apart) or missing pages – inexplicable damage to tops of pages 156 onwards as per photos.
