Installation includes:-

• Thermakraft 407 roof underlay.
• Tile battens.
• Spanish Slate 500mm x 250mm
• Copper Valley Trays.
• Galvanized fixings for battens. .

For all my roofing work I use the highest grade materials available and I do believe you will not get a quote that is comparative in price and end quality of workmanship. For the Roofing underlay I will use the latest multi-layer underlay (Covertek 407 Underlay) this is self-supporting. Not the more commonly used bitumen ‘paper’ underlay which offers lower performance in all areas in comparison to the multi-layer underlay but is 75% cheaper in cost.
