NP Plank, made from NelsonPine LVL, is a reliable and lightweight scaffold plank with structural integrity. Constructed from multiple layers of thin veneer, it ensures uniformity and strength. Designed for use in corrosive environments and areas with electrical hazards, NP Plank is a safe alternative to metal planks. Our planks are all produced according to AS/NZS 1577 Standards. A copy of the certification is available with your purchase upon request. Planks have WLL of 210 kgs/ 1.8m span.

NP Planks are individually proof-tested to meet AS 1577 standards. Modulus of Rupture and Modulus of Elasticity are rigorously tested during production, aligning with EWPAA certification and AS/NZS 4357 standards.

• Evaluate planks exposed to strong acids/alkalis before reuse. Decay:
• Proper storage prevents decay.
• Planks subjected to wetting/drying cycles under normal conditions won't decay.
• Evaluate and dry any plank found with decay before reuse. Inspection:
• Regular inspection recommended.
• Withdraw and evaluate any plank showing signs of misuse or damage.
