Care and cleaning information

Initial cleaning:

• Clean equipment and tools with clear water before solidification of caulking material.
• If solidification is over 24 hours, tile cleanser or water can be used to clean the smear on the tile surface.

Cleaning:

• Cleanser, soap and so on are applied for daily tile cleaning, and a little mixture of ammonia water and pine oil is added into soapy water to enable tile to become more glossy.
• Clean immediately when liquids are spilt onto the tile and apply relevant cleanser.

Maintenance and care:

• Ordinary cleaning, keeping tiles surface clean without waxing.
• Please avoid using sharp and hard objects such as metal, vitroceramics or nails etc. to knock or rub the surface, avoid dragging heavy objects on the ground to scratch glaze.
• Toothpaste is used in surface scratches which is repaired by a dry cloth.
