Beacon 175kw boiler/water heater at great value. A beautifully built boiler made in England in very tidy condition easy opening door and a great feature is the complete rear of the boiler can be removed for cleaning, it’s very clean with years of life in it.

Comes with a gas burner but would suit diesel or waste oil, from memory it is an econo heat, l, but will add info when I can get to it, along with the tag info. (It’s packed away but will retrieve it mid-week for viewing)

The plumbing is impressive but very simple, a child of 12yrold+ could reassemble it, the pump is 3 phase but I am sure that it is suitable for adaption with the single phase variable speed controller, I will also conform this later as well.

The temperature controller is also a simple system with a basic temperature adjustment that works well.

The flue is a stainless welded setup and had to be cut into 3 parts to remove, it has an impressive range of adjustment for the draw making it suitable for a waste oil burner, a state of the art compliable waste oil burner can be supplied but not part of this auction (this has never run on anything other than gas)

Radiators of varied quality can be supplied but not part of this auction.
