PICK-UP

• Please wait for our notification before coming to collect. Afterwards, you will have 10 working days to collect your order, anytime during our normal operating hours. Orders not collected within this period will be put back on sale. Contact and a refund will be made if your item is sold once more. Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange a later collection date.

COURIER DELIVERIES

• Please contact us directly prior to purchase to discuss courier fees.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

• For orders too large to be couriered, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day/time and ask that someone be present to receive the delivery. Note these deliveries are limited to a 45 km driving distance from the purchased store. If the delivery address is outside this limit, we will notify you and issue a refund.
