• SHIPPING: We will not ship buildings; bidders must make their own arrangements. The dwelling will be made available to the successful bidder to collect within five working days of the settlement date, at a prearranged date and time of such advice being emailed to bidder, otherwise alternate arrangements to collect will need to be made. Loading of buildings on to vehicles is the bidder's responsibility.
• BUY NOW: No "Buy Now" or "Fixed Price" prices offered. Auctions ending without selling will be re-listed. Please do not ask to negotiate or purchase outside of the TradeMe process.

• For the successful bidder, payment of the deposit of at least 20% of the Purchase Price, by bank deposit, should be made within two working days of the auction closing along with the return of the complete Sale and Purchase Agreement. Sorry, we cannot receive cash payment. The balance of the Purchase Price must be paid by bank deposit within seven working days of the auction closing.
