One of the features that really attracted us to machine was its cast iron body; this gives a really ridged base that doesn’t move or twist like other steel fabricated units.

The other great thing about this machine is that the 150mm sanding disc on the side is below the top of the sanding belt. This allows you to pass larger product over the top of it while you are using the belt. The sanding belt has the ability to be able to be used in a horizontal position or to be shifted up to a vertical position, it is also fitted with a stop which can act as a rest to put smaller product against.

This machine also has a detachable table that can be adjusted between 0 and 45 deg is capable of taking a mitre guide, it is easily attached to the side of the sander in front of the disc. This really helps you achieve a great sanding or shaping job.

This sander is also fitted with a dust extraction port to enable you to hook your dust extractor up to help keep the dust away from the motor and keep a clean work site.
