TL650 – Cutting system

The TL650 cutting system, designed to work in semi-automatic mode with a single operator, is equipped with a 800mm Hultdins SUPERCUT saw unit with a professional .404 chain, which ensures always precise cuts. It is equipped with a cutting length adjustment system which is carried out electronically, choosing whether to distribute the excess part of the trunk equally over the sections that will be cut (without generating residues) or whether to produce a waste cut.

Optional PLC control to make the processing fully automatic and allow remote assistance via Ethernet router. With the PLC option, it is possible to install a hydraulic counter pusher to support the last two cuts of the log, constraining their correct positioning.

Another option: the liftable pusher, which allows you to anticipate as much as possible the loading of the new trunk to be cut to optimize times and machine efficiency. The loading channel of the TL650 is equipped with two shock absorbers which accompany the fall of the logs in the cutting position. The cutting unit, powered by a 30 kW electric motor.

K650 – Splitting station

The K650 splitting station is equipped as standard with PLC control, so that it can always work in automatic mode. The section of the logs can be adjusted electronically with a minimum size of 50x50mm.

The mobile splitting wedge allows to split the log against a fixed barrier and to process logs of variable length from 200 to 500 mm, with automatic adjustment of the stroke and consequent reduction of the cycle time.

Last plus, but not least: the amortized feed chain under the log splitter is made of steel to better resist wear and stress generated by splitting operations.
