The MES501 sawdust extraction system is designed to handle machines requiring high suction power and increased work efficiency. It is powered by an MD500 fan with a 4 kW motor. Depending on the requirements, the MD500 fan can be equipped with an independent switch or controlled directly from the machine operator's panel (MP360, MP365 models).

The fan is connected with a 250 mm diameter hose to a six-channel suction manifold. Both the fan and the manifold are mounted on a common base, ensuring stability during operation.

For enhanced ventilation throughout the system, two complete cyclones are included, each standing on four supports secured to the floor. These cyclones are equipped with a total of four filter bags and four foil bags for collecting wood chips and sawdust, each with a capacity of 120 liters. A special system for quick bag assembly ensures smooth and fast installation and removal.

The MD500 fan is connected to the cyclones through a two-channel manifold and two hoses with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 2 meters each. In the MES501 extraction system, the sawdust extraction hoses connecting the individual components of the system are included as standard, while hoses for connecting to the machine are optional and must be ordered separately by the customer. The lengths of these hoses should be chosen individually based on the needs and location of the equipment. The minimum length for each hose used to connect to Woodworking series machines is 3 meters. Through the suction manifold, it's possible to simultaneously connect 5 hoses with a diameter of 100 mm and one hose with a diameter of 125 mm. Unused inlet openings are covered with special plugs.

In the MES501 system, hose clamps for securing the hoses and plugs for the inlet openings of the fan are provided as standard.
