Compressed air conditioning is indispensable for ensuring fault-free performance of blasting and paint spraying equipment as well as for compressed air tools. The use of wet compressed air results in blockages of the abrasive inside the blastpot. Also (control) valves suffer from wet air.

Air cooled compressed air after coolers cool the compressed air with atmospheric air. The compressed air is cooled to approximately 9C above ambient temperature. This causes the oil and water vapor to condense so it can be removed by the separator.

The after coolers can be delivered as electrically or pneumatically driven models. The after coolers can also be put in a heavy duty transport frame.
For even a higher quality of compressed air one or more filters can be installed. This way also oil and other contaminants will be removed.
