40 foot shipping container was wired to mains with a switchboard switches, power points and fluorescent light. Mains now disconnected but all electrics come with ready to go.
Shipping container needs to be sighted before purchase as it has surface rust and visible repairs.
Rear doors open but haven’t been regularly used. Side doors installed as per pictures but need replacement lock barrel.
Purchaser will need to arrange pick up there is a partial gravel road down off the main driveway to access this container.
