What does an inverter generator offer over conventional generators well for starters the power they produce is very clean and smooth it offers you a pure sine wave output with no spikes, this is great if you are running sensitive electronic equipment such as computers, testing equipment etc.

They are also very small and light weight, about half the size and weight of a conventional generator so they can go anywhere and don't take up lots of space when in storage.
