It is a high quality precision instrument manufactured by the famous VINDKO factory. It can be seen from the photo that the gradations in .01mm divisions are well spaced meaning that resolution to 1/5 of a division or .002 mm can easily be judged. It has a full plunger depth of 0 ~ 13 mm (despite the photo implying 10mm)
