Made from renewable resources, the EcoCup uses paper that has come from responsibly managed forest. Our 285GSM paperboard provides a superior quality, and increased insulation to thinner paperboards on the market. The EcoCup inner-wall is coated with a corn-based BioPlastic called Ingeo™. This innovation of turning plants into plastic allows us to exclude non-renewable resources (such as oil) from the production of our EcoCups, we can then provide a sustainable plant-based alternative to traditional oil-based coffee cups, with a lower environmental footprint.
