We can do combined shipping on individual pack items, not full cartons. If you wish to combine shipping on several items (not cartons) please ask us to load an auction for you.

We request that you pay for the auction within 3 days of purchasing. As we are 'drop shipping' products direct from our suppliers, Trademe specifies we can only accept PING payments not bank deposits or cash.

Our courier company can only deliver to a physical address (not a PO Box or Private Box). If we do not have a physical address to send to we will be unable to send out your order.

We try hard to keep our Trademe auctions up to date however occasionally our suppliers may be out of stock of an item and not advised us. We will do our best to offer an alternative product if this is the case. You are welcome to check with us (ask a question) to make sure an item is in stock before purchasing.

Goods are drop-shipped direct to you from New Zealand based addresses. We accept responsibility as the supplier of the goods.

Expected time of delivery is 1-2 days for North Island deliveries, 1-3 days for South Island deliveries. Please allow longer for rural deliveries - this will depend on your rural delivery cycle and can take up to 7 days.
