The Community Relationship Award* is an individual or office award designed to recognise and reward residential for sale offices and salespeople supporting not-for-profit organisations or initiatives in their local community – either through charitable donations or commitment to local community groups and initiatives.

Eligibility criteria
- This award is open to all licensed real estate salespeople and offices.
Nominees must work within a licensed residential for sale office during the award qualifying period 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.
Any evidence or activity that forms the basis of your entry must have occurred between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.
Entries can be self-submitted, or by nomination.
Entries close: Friday 30 May 2025.
All entries are judged by a panel of judges and their decision is final.
Questions you need to answer:
- Name, email, franchise (if applicable), office name & location, your region.
- Why is the nominee worthy of this award?
- Please describe the main objective of your community initiative or program. What goals were set?
- Please explain the reason behind your decision to partner with this specific charity or initiative. What were the compelling reasons and motivations that led to this partnership, and how does it align with your values and goals?
- Please provide a comprehensive explanation of your activities, the outcomes, and impact of your contribution. Did it successfully meet the stated objective? What measurable benefits and value did it bring to the community or charity you supported?
