Innovator of the Year 2025

The Innovator of the Year* is an individual or office award designed to recognise and reward an individual or group that has enhanced the residential for sale industry in some way via an innovation which has brought about positive change. This may be through achieving their business goals, benefiting the industry, or impacting vendors and/or buyers in some way.

Entries must share examples of how the nominee has achieved this through successful products, processes or services they’ve developed, or tech enhancements.

Eligibility criteria

• This award is open to all licensed real estate salespeople and offices.

• Nominees must work within a licensed residential for sale office during the award qualifying period 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.

• Any evidence or activity that forms the basis of your entry must have occurred between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.

• Entries can be self-submitted, or by nomination.

• Entries close: Friday 30 May 2025.

• All entries are judged by a panel of judges and their decision is final.

• Describe how the nominee showcased innovation in 2024 by differentiating themselves or adapting to a changing property industry and / or market. Highlight specific products, processes, services, projects, or initiatives that demonstrate the nominee's innovative approach (provide examples).
• Please describe the notable outcomes and benefits that resulted from these efforts in 2024. How did these outcomes impact the nominee’s business and can you provide specific examples of how they positively influenced the broader property market and/or or industry and/or buyers and sellers?
• Provide specific examples of ways this individual embodies qualities of a future leader.
