Who can access this report? 
The report is only available to owners, agents and administrators who have registered for OneHub, and work in an office that is a licensed residential sales agency on a Trade Me Property Platinum or Gold Partnership. The decision to sign up to a Partnership Agreement is made at a business owner and head office level. 

Why do I need to select all filters to get a result?
This report is intended to be used with a prospective vendor, for a specific property, to help them understand potential demand and supply for a property like theirs based on the past 90 days.



How can I present this data to my vendor?

Use this report as a tool to get competitive advantage when trying to win a listing. 


How do I download and/or print the report? 

After completing all filters to prepare your report, click on ‘Download report’ at the bottom of the page. This will download the report as a PDF. 


How is search activity data calculated?

Search activity is the total number of initiated searches conducted by users on Trade Me (across desktop, mobile and any app) that matches the chosen criteria. We exclude any searches made by “bots” (computers) that crawl our site, or searches that are initiated by Trade Me (e.g. property recommendations to users).
