People’s Choice Award Prezzy Cards

Eligibility: Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who (i) are 18 years and over, (ii) are independent of the agent or office they are nominating (i.e. not a relative or colleague), and (iii) have engaged with the agent or office they are nominating in the 2024 calendar year. Directors and staff of Trade Me, its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

Giveaway period: The Giveaway opens at 12am on Monday 31 March (NZST) and closes at midnight on Friday 30 June 2025 (NZST) (Closing Time).

How to enter: To enter to win, you must submit a valid nomination of a residential for sale real estate agent or office for the Trade Me Property Impact Awards, People’s Choice Award before the Closing Time (an Entry). You may nominate as many agents or offices as you like, and each valid nomination will count as one Entry.

Prize: There will be three winners. Each winner (Winner) will receive a $50 prezzy card (Prize). The Prize will be couriered to the address nominated by the Winner. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. 

Winner notification and announcement: Trade Me will select Winners from all eligible Entries at random and notify them by using the contact details they provided with their nomination. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if an initial Winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding Winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Winner resulting from their entry into the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or Winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.

Other terms: The Trade Me terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) apply with all necessary modifications to the Giveaway and (if relevant) the use of any Prize.

Privacy: Trade Me will collect and hold personal information such as name and email address  in order to notify you if you win, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Facebook/Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn: The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third parties (including any platforms we may use to promote the Giveaway, such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn). Entrants release such third parties from any liability associated with the Giveaway or the Prize.
