Innovator of the Year 2024

Craig Lowe of Lowe & Co is the Innovator of the Year for creating the Engine Room. This support system handles administrative tasks for agents, saving them 30 hours of work per transaction and allowing them to focus on listing and selling.

This innovation uses a hybrid local and offshore team to improve service consistency and client communication. As a result, Lowe & Co has successfully grown its market share throughout the Wellington region.
