Poly-lactic acid (PLA) with short Carbon Fiber material is used to print much stronger components, suitable for printing component against large torsion. It also has electric conductivity.

CAUTION: This material’s performance is superior, even print thin-walled products, recommended setting a bit HIGHER PRINTING FILLING RATE than usual PLA; to avoid blocking (Carbon fibre is easy to blockage) in printing, the printer nozzle diameter is suggested MORE THAN 0.6mm.

Carbon fibre printing filament is produced by adding 30% MDL300 carbon fibre into the PLA material. In general, it has the advantages of lightweight and strong rigidity. An ideal high-performance printing material.

Carbon fibre + PLA formula has many excellent properties: Carbon fibre can provide high axial intensity, and elasticity modulus, low density, and the parts printed almost never creep. It has the highest fatigue resistance in high temperature and oxidation environment.
