There are some marks and blemishes on the laptop as shown in picture from normal use. Mostly on the top of the lid. No dents. Batttery is in reasonably good condition with over 3 hours of runtime. There is a minor crackling noise coming from the built in speakers, mostly for the right speaker.
it is more persistent and recognizable under higher volume and certain sound tones but still does good enough job. Users with headphones and speakers can always connect through aux-in which works fine. Overall a very reliable and consistent light weight laptop in good working condition.
