Neodymium magnets are about 10 times more powerful than traditional magnets.

This pack contains 96 super-strong neodymium magnets, also called "rare earth" magnets, plated with copper/nickel/copper for durability.

Size: 3mm diameter x 3mm long.

Strength Rating: GENUINE N45. I have bought CHEAP N45 neodymium magnets from China which were definitely weaker than stated, so I have selected a supplier who is honest about the grade and quality of these neodymium magnets.

These neodymium magnets have a pull (or push) of around 0.29 kg between magnets, or to 0.5 mm steel sheet.

POTENTIAL USES:

• Latches & closures, eg for wooden boxes.
• Holders (tools, curtains etc)
• Frictionless spring (either tension or compression)
• Triggering reed switches and other actuators
