Since I am just a private seller, there are no commercial guarantees on my items. Caveat Emptor strictly applies. Most gaming items are collector's seconds, meaning they are in less than perfect condition and have not been tested. You can assess their condition via the photos provided, as they are always of the exact item you will receive.

I am happy to refund if I actually do something wrong, such as describing an item incorrectly. I will also forward any compensation paid by the carrier for loss or damage in transit. If you discover any issues please DO NOT do anything with the item or packaging. Contact me immediately and await instructions.

This all being said, problems with items are few and far between - I have more problems with buyers posting angry questions about my terms of sale! I'm just covering my backside as well as trying to be as transparent as possible for buyers. I hope you can understand this. My feedback speaks for itself and by paying with ping you're automatically covered by buyer protection.

I also offer combined shipping, pick the FULL shipping rate on your first item, then select the Combined option for each subsequent purchase. All items are sent via courier and thus cannot be sent to a PO box. If you live in a rural town or area you MUST pay the rural fee. Check your status with Pass The Parcel, not NZ Post.
