Authentic OEM Nintendo 64 Controller Pak that has had the original battery-backed SRAM chip replaced with a FRAM chip.

When the battery died in the original Controller Pak, your save data would die too.

This FRAM upgrade doesn’t rely on a battery to retain the save data when not in use, and no longer requires a battery to work at all. Your save data will live longer than you or I.
