You are a convict in voyage towards the penal colony on the starship Vortex Rikers. But something has gone wrong. You are now the only survivors of a crash-landing on the planet Na Pali, once home to the peaceful and worshipping Nali who have now been enslaved by the evil Skaarj. Only they, however, have the technology that would allow you to escape from this place, but the 30 levels are fraught with peril and with other races enslaved by the Skaarj. 10 weapons, your wits and a few courageous Nali are all left on your side.

Battle the ruthless Skaarj as you try to free the race they're enslaving. Use your translator to decipher your surroundings, and above all, stay on your toes!

Unreal features a lot of engine tricks, such as coloyred lighting, curved surfaces, 'detail' textures (multi-texturing), and real time interactive mixed digital music.

Expansion - Return to Na Pali: After narrowly escaping the Skaarj invaded planet Na Pali, you find yourself stranded in space; fortunately you are soon rescued - but unfortunately, your saviors want you to go down again. A simple mission, find a downed spacecraft... Or is it? 17 new levels, 2 new weapons and 3 new monsters are here to prove the contrary.
