Shipping:
All items are carefully packaged and sent via NZ Post. Orders are dispatched on business days. Delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days for urban addresses, with rural deliveries taking slightly longer. Combined shipping is available on multiple purchases.
Faults & Returns:
While uncommon, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
