Fat silver Playstation 2 SCPH-50002 PAL – powers up and boots off the FMCB memory card. I don't have any games so I'm unable to test further than this. Overall it's in fairly average condition. Nothing's visibly broken but it's got plenty of small dings and scuffs.

AV to composite video cable (cheapie off AliExpress)
SCPH-1200 controller
AliExpress HDD adapter (no HDD caddy though)
