Sony PlayStation 2 PS2 Fat – Mo' Show 2004 – Otis Frizzell & Mark Williams?

An unusual Sony PlayStation 2 with a potentially fascinating connection to New Zealand television, music and graffiti history!

This original black PS2 Fat console features silver marker inscriptions directly on its original casing, appearing to read:

"Mo' Show 2004" "Cher From Mark & Otis"

We believe these inscriptions may be connected to the New Zealand hip-hop television programme Mo' Show and its presenters, Otis Frizzell and Mark "Slave" Williams.

A Little Background:

Mo' Show was a New Zealand hip-hop television programme broadcast on TV2 in the early 2000s, presented by Otis Frizzell and Mark Williams (DJ Slave).

Otis Frizzell is a well-known New Zealand artist, graffiti artist and musician, recognised for his work with MC OJ & Rhythm Slave.

Mark Williams, known as DJ Slave, is a prominent figure in New Zealand's hip-hop and broadcasting history.

Mo' Show won Best Entertainment Series at the 2003 New Zealand Television Awards. The pair continued working together in 2004, making the handwritten date particularly interesting.
