This preowned game comes complete with case, cover, manual / booklet, and game disc. The only imperfection I could find was on the edge of the booklet where there is paper creasing and a small paper split along the edge of the booklet cover. But this is a minor imperfection, and the booklet is complete, intact, and the game disc is in superb condition.
