You are looking at Play Station 2 game Panzer Front Ausf. B.

Panzer Front Ausf.B holds a unique distinction - it is the only tank simulation game ever released on PlayStation 2. For hardcore WWII armour enthusiasts and collectors of rare military titles, that alone makes it a genuinely significant and sought-after release in the PS2 library.

Set during the North African campaign of 1940-1941, the game puts you in command of a tank squadron fighting as German, Italian, or British forces across large-scale historical battles. As squadron leader, you pilot the lead tank in a formation of two to five tanks that can be split into sub-units for flanking and strategic positioning. Most missions involve over 30 units per side, spanning infantry squads, tank platoons, and support vehicles, giving each engagement a genuine sense of scale and tactical depth rarely attempted on a home console.

The attention to historical detail is a clear strength - every tank, weapon, and unit is painstakingly recreated with historical accuracy, each weapon from machine gun to 88mm cannon carrying its own distinct sound, recoil, and ammunition types. A realistic damage system tracks hits to specific areas of your tank, potentially knocking out crew members, damaging tracks, or disabling the engine entirely without automatically ending the mission. Variable zoom binoculars from the commander's hatch and interior vision device views add immersive tactical options, and the ability to call in artillery barrages or switch commands to a different unit mid-battle gives you real flexibility on the battlefield.

Very rare game. Ex-rental. Disc is excellent. Priced to sell!
