You are looking at Play Station 2 game Energy Airforce Aim Strike!

Energy Airforce: Aim Strike is one of the most technically impressive and authentically detailed flight simulation games ever released on PS2, developed by Taito in conjunction with aerospace giant Lockheed Martin and earning a passionate cult following among military aviation enthusiasts. Described by GameFAQs reviewers as "on par with or superior to the best PC simulators," this is a genuinely remarkable achievement for a home console of its era.

Set in a fictional Middle Eastern conflict where a militarised dictatorship invades a peaceful neighbour, your organisation is called in to restore freedom - a straightforward premise that serves as backdrop for 26 meticulously crafted combat missions across large, detailed maps. Eight flyable aircraft are available including the F-16C, F/A-18E, A-10A, F-15C, F-35B, and the F/A-22, each with authentic weapons loadouts, realistic fuel management, and individual cockpit HUDs based directly on the real aircraft. Earning a licence to fly each new plane through the dedicated Licence mode adds a satisfying sense of progression and mastery.

The authenticity is staggering for a PS2 title - limited ammunition, realistic missile evasion via chaff and flares, configurable weapons payloads, and intelligent wingmen who can be commanded mid-mission all contribute to an immersive tactical experience. A PUD-J5A compatible cockpit view lets you look around the full interior in first-person, and the Strike Mode quick scenario builder adds excellent additional replay value beyond the main campaign. All in-game text and voice acting can be switched to English directly from the options menu, making this European release easily accessible to all players.

A rare and highly regarded gem for military aviation fans and PS2 collectors alike.
