PlayStation 3 CECHB00 (Japanese Launch Model) that has undergone the "Frankenstein" 40nm RSX mod, originally purchased directly from Delid Tool NZ.

The original factory 90nm graphics chip (notorious for overheating/YLOD) has been replaced with the reliable, cool-running 40nm RSX chip from later slim models. This gives you true hardware PlayStation 2 & PlayStation 1 backwards compatibility with maximum reliability and longevity.

Added Wi-Fi Capability: Upgraded with internal Wi-Fi functionality (which standard CECHB00 models originally lacked out of the box)

All-black piano gloss finish with sleek dark trim (unique to the CECHB series). This one also has a completely black top cover that has no playstaion 3 logo.

True PS2 Hardware Backwards Compatibility: Plays PS1, PS2, and PS3 disc games natively.

Console: PS3 CECHB00 with 120GB Hard Drive installed.

Controller: 1x Official Sony DualShock 3 Controller.

Cables: Power cable & HDMI cable.

Console Top & Face: Very good aesthetic condition with a strong gloss shine (hardly used since acquiring from Delid Tool NZ).
