Add 1 -2 cupfuls to a warm bath, lie back and relax for 20 – 30 minutes. Try this 3 – 4 times a week. With small children, it is recommended to start with half a cup per bath and increase as required. The quantity of salt, and frequency of baths does vary according to the size of your bath, and on your personal preference. Add ¼ cup to a foot spa or tub of warm water and soak your feet. You can even use it in the shower, as a body scrub. If you block the drain with a facecloth, your feet can absorb the magnesium sulphate from the water in the bottom of the shower.
