Reviews I like this very much for lining my waterline or as a base for smoky eyes. I hardly ever wear it as an eyeliner on the upper lid, so I can't speak to that. I like that it is very creamy, making the tight-lining of the inner rims of your eyes very easy. It also gives a great effect smoked underneath your lower lashline with some eyeshadow.
