Simply squeeze the suction cup to create suction and place it on your leg or other areas that you want to work on. Then move it around while keeping the suction. Here is a video of a very similar suction cup being used so that you can see how to use it

I like to use these on my legs to help improve the look of any cellulite (I do not make any therapeutic claims about suction cups though, I am just sharing how I like to use them)
