Maintenance

v The hearing aid doesn’t work, Check as follows :

1. Hearing is power off.
2. The battery is in correct direction
3. Run out of battery

v Sound is very light :

1. Volume is too low, please increase the volume.
2. Battery is low, please replace the battery.
3. Use a clean dry cloth and special detergent to wipe the hearing aid.

Operation

v Open the battery compartment; put into the corresponding battery and close the battery compartment tightly. (Note: Open the battery compartment, it will stop working, close the battery compartment completely, it will start to work.)

v Insert the earplug into the earphone base.

v Hang the hearing aid behind your ear, then put the earplug deeper into your ear, and move it up and down to insure it on the right position.

v Close the battery compartment completely it begins to work, you can adjust the volume to get clear sound. (Note: Be sure the hearing aid is in “Off " position or volume is in the minimum volume of "I" otherwise the instant sound will make you feel uncomfortable )

v If you feel whistling sound, please make sure if you put the earplug tightly, or if you use an appropriate size earplug.

v For N-H key, in general, you can dial to "N”, when in noise places, you can dial to "H" for reduce the noise of low frequency.
