Like other models/ brands in NZ you would be forgiven for thinking they all come from the same place. In fact they don't. Half the components sure...you can see that....but various Chinese sellers put them together (as 'manufacturers') and on-sell to distributors like myself and others. A few specification changes later and those minor differences come together as a unique model.

Why have a boring mobility aid?

My offering is fully spec'ed. You get a 1500W rear hub motor running from a 60V battery system of 12Amps output. I ride my scooter everywhere. Im 60 this year but years of various strength training etc have left me with ruined knees. My 135kgs gets carted around for about 35km on level to medium grades. I go off-road and on footpaths. Parks, grass and walk-ways.

What else? Twin sprung rear suspension. Front damped forks. Passenger seat. Passenger foot-pegs (not in photos). 2 keys. Remote control for fitted anti-theft/ alarm. Rear indicators. Headlamp/ Rear stop lamp. Side-stand. Twin rear view mirrors. Disc brakes front and rear. Passenger back-rest. 6 to 8 hours (over-night) charging. Loads up to 200kg. Black. Yellow. Brown. Blue... left in stock but note please - some have off-road tyres (adds $80) some with mobile phone cradles (adds $40).

I am so with Storm E Scooters in selling these scooters under the proviso for private land use/ off-road to avoid confusion from NZTA regards legibility - MOPED rego - yes/ no? To me 'NO'. This is just like any 3 or 4 wheel mobility scooter - with one or two less wheels.
