Vitamins & Minerals: Magnesium Oxide (Equiv. Magnesium 30mg) 50mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 1mg.
Formulated without: Artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.
Free from gluten, dairy, soy, egg or wheat.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules, 1 hour before bed or as professionally advised.
Precautions
