Flax seed as the name suggests is the seed of the Flax plant.

Gluten has never been found in seeds making these truly Gluten free.

I can add Lavender on request, please ask. I use dried flowers not oil. Oil can over heat & burn and discolour the fabric.

Lavender is FREE.

Why Flax seeds instead of other grains?

Flaxseed provides gentle, moist heat which promotes healing.

Flaxseeds are flowers seeds, rather than grains so they contain 30-40% oil which remains inside the seed to be warmed again & again.

Other products can lose their ability to retain heat over time as the water cooks out of them.

Heated flaxseed retain their heat longer.

Flaxseeds never have that cooked grain smell you sometimes get with other grain based products have when heated over & over again.

The weight of the flaxseeds spreads a soothing weight over your eyes & forehead while calming & relaxing your eyes & facial muscles releasing stress and tension.

Flaxseeds can be chilled in the freezer to sooth headaches, migraines, puffy eyes.

Applying heat to the eyes is an excellent way to ease eye pain & treat the symptoms of Blepharitis (dry eyes). Also can be effective in treating blocked tear ducts, sinus problems or watery eyes.

Their small size is ideal for easing Arthritis pain without being too heavy to cause further discomfort. Excellent for localised pain & an ideal size for Kids too.

Use during a massage or beauty treatments to relax or while doing Yoga.
