Description
Beautiful gold framed St Christopher carrying Jesus over a river.. A tradition thats been around for 100's of years, and St Chris has been for 100's of years the patron Saint of Travellers.
For generations parents have handed a medal or similar to their children when they begann travelling by foot, horse, cart, carriage or motor vehicle. and invoking St Chris to look after them and keep them safe.
It is a great tradition, because forever parents have done whatever they can to protect their children. My parents gave me one when I was 16 and I changed it over to every different car I had. (I am now over 70 and still safe!)
Medal section is 45mm x 35mm. Keyring and attachments add another 50mm.
