The domed lid in refractory ceramic creates the perfect humidity for an ideal loaf. The base and lid have holes to help the dough rise and get a crispy, golden crust all over, and ribs on the bottom prevent sticking. Small handles make it easy to manipulate. All Emile Henry products are made in France and guaranteed 10 years.
