I love this TM6 so much, I upgraded to the next model up, knowing I'd take a hit selling this one. This Thermomix TM6 has replaced and decluttered my kitchen tenfold.
It grates, slices, blends, mills, measures weighs, kneads & proves, mixes, steams, cooks, sautees, poaches, sous vides, emulsifies and it cleans itself! It can access over 100,000 onscreen recipes with very clear, fool proof guided instructions and videos. This will save so much of your time. I even sit and help my kids do their homework while my machine cooks and stirs my cheese sauce.

I no longer own an egg beater, potato masher, blender, rice cooker, processer, stand mixer, grater, slicer, steaming pot, colander or kettle. These are so valuable that many chefs will have these in restaurants mixing, chopping and cooking away in the background without having to hover over or supervise.
