EZ Filter Unit
The Ez Filter is the latest development in alcohol filtration by Still Spirits, It uses a specially formulated solid activated carbon cartridge to remove unwanted flavours and aromas from distilled alcohol.
Polishing and Filtering your alcohol. The cartridge eliminates the need to handle powdered or granulated carbon. The cartridge's porous design allows the spirit to pass through and the un-wanted flavours to be absorbed by the Peat activated carbon. Unlike ordinary water purification carbons, the EZ Filter's Carbon Cartridge has a unique pore structure purification. The pore structure of carbons required for water purification, vary from the requirement for distilled spirit purification. Still Spirits purpose built cartridges contain carbons designed to clean and purify home distilled spirit (and will also purify water if required).
This is our recommendation for Carbon Filter Systems. It is easy to use, looks good and works well. One of these systems is included in the Turbo 500 Complete Distillery kit or you can buy it to go with any brand of still. You will use one Carbon Cartridge per batch of spirit and replace it for the next batch.
Your new filter is complete with Carbon Cartridge, Washers and Instructions for your first use.
